As a seasoned Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading and refining digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive impactful results for e-commerce ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) strategies for e-commerce brands, focusing on maximizing efficiency and scalability.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments to enhance overall performance.
  • Identify and test new audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad placements to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Drive business growth through focused e-commerce store development, prioritizing high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Market & Creative Analysis:

  • Monitor emerging market trends and conduct in-depth competitive analysis to uncover novel strategies.
  • Utilize Meta Ad Library and industry-leading ad spy tools to research and replicate high-performing creatives.
  • Deliver actionable insights on creative performance and provide expert recommendations for optimizations.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to craft compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Provide clear, detailed creative briefs to ensure seamless alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Maintain open communication with internal teams to streamline campaign execution and foster a culture of collaboration.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive performance reports.
  • Employ data-driven insights to adjust bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative elements for improved results.
  • Stay abreast of changes in advertising platforms, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to remain at the forefront of the field.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in media buying for e-commerce businesses with a track record of achieving high ROAS.
  • Strong proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is essential.
  • Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated analytical prowess with the ability to interpret complex data and optimize performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional communication skills.
