Performance Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Lead to drive our paid media campaigns, maximizing ROI on ad spends and ensuring campaign success across digital platforms.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Daily monitoring of campaign performance and optimization for clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copies, and formats to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to ensure ads align with brand guidelines.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Able to work on multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.

Skill Enhancements:

  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
  • Staying up-to-date with platform changes, new ad features, and industry best practices.
