A Digital Advertising Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced digital advertising professional with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategically launching and managing Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns, targeting local and regional SMBs in the USA.

You will use a test-and-scale approach to build, validate, and scale campaigns, optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies.

Additionally, you will provide weekly reports and actionable insights (CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, etc.) and own campaign performance, hitting lead and sales KPIs.

You will also coordinate with internal teams on alignment and landing page optimization.

Requirements:
  • Mandatory Google and Meta Ads Certification
  • Proven experience running Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling
  • Strong communication, English proficiency, and ownership of results
