Electrical and Instrumentation Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our plant's electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of these systems, minimizing downtime, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Scheduling: Plan and schedule regular maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Instrumentation and Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on instruments and electrical equipment, including calibration, testing, and repairs.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with electrical and instrumentation systems, including fault diagnosis and repair.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on electrical and instrumentation procedures and best practices.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with HSE policies and procedures, and report any incidents or near-misses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation principles, including PLC programming.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP and SAP Plant Maintenance module is an advantage.

Additional Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi languages.
  • Experience with Rockwell Automation PLC System, SAP, and other relevant software tools.
