Art Director Job Description

We are seeking an Art Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative and effective visual strategies for our clients. This is a senior-level position that requires a high level of creativity, technical skill, and project management ability.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement visual strategies that align with the overall marketing goals of our clients.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.
  4. Manage and motivate creative teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in design and marketing.

Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in design with a strong background in advertising agency experience.
  • Extremely proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop, with other software skills a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and be coached.
  • A well-curated work portfolio that demonstrates your expertise and creativity.
  • Experience in managing teams and leading projects from conceptualization to completion.
