  13. Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  14. Drive a consistent standard of customer service across all touchpoints.
  15. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential, focusing on key objectives.
  16. Ensure stores are maintained to high standards, including merchandising and visual displays.
  17. Accurately complete tasks assigned by senior management, demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail.
  18. Provide support to the store manager as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.
