Business Analyst Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance domain, particularly with Duck Creek technologies. They will analyze business requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of Duck Creek systems.

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications
  • Work closely with development teams to design and implement Duck Creek solutions
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing Duck Creek systems
  • Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements
  • Provide support and training to end-users on Duck Creek systems

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain with a focus on Duck Creek technologies
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes and workflows
  • Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools
  • Experience with system integration and data migration projects
  • PSM or equivalent certification
  • Certification in Duck Creek technologies
