Key Account Growth Manager

About the Opportunity

We seek a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding key client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with decision-makers in various industries.

  • Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly & annual sales targets through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage high-value clients across FMCG, Tech, Automotive, Finance, Sports, and Lifestyle sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Proposal & Pitch Leadership: Develop compelling presentations, proposals, and budgets that drive business wins.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor insights to inform business strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including logistics, budgets, vendors, and post-event reporting.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in business development or client servicing (events, advertising, or brand activations).
  • Strong corporate connections with marketing & procurement heads.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • Event production, costing & budgeting expertise.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with event planning tools/software.
