Seeking a seasoned Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This exciting role involves identifying and recruiting top technical talent, collaborating closely with hiring managers to define requirements and ensure seamless onboarding.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment and a strong understanding of various technical roles including Cyber Security, Software development, and SAP. Proficiency with sourcing tools and ATS systems is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough candidate research using various sources such as job boards, social media, and professional networks;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure smooth communication and collaboration;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to technical recruitment.
