Operations Executive Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Executive to oversee end-to-end order processing, manage marketplace seller panels, and coordinate daily pickups with courier partners.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire order cycle from receipt of orders through delivery. This includes coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

Additional responsibilities include managing relationships with courier partners, resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process, and continuously improving processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage end-to-end order processing from receipt of orders to delivery of products to customers.
  2. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  3. Manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  4. Resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  5. Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
