Job Title: IT Service Management Platform Architect

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) platform architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ITSM tools and technologies, as well as excellent technical skills and experience in implementing and managing large-scale IT service management systems.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of our ITSM platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Designing and implementing the ITSM platform architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  2. Configuring and customizing the ITSM platform to meet business requirements, including workflow automation, reporting, and dashboards.
  3. Migrating existing data from legacy systems into the new ITSM platform.
  4. Developing and implementing training programs for end-users and administrators on the use of the ITSM platform.
  5. Providing ongoing support and maintenance of the ITSM platform, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A strong background in IT service management, with experience in implementing and managing large-scale ITSM systems.
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of ITSM platforms, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
