Job Title: Senior Platform Architect

This is a senior leadership role that requires technical expertise and business acumen. The successful candidate will lead the development and maintenance of our large-scale real-time digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance Kafka-based real-time digital platform
  • Drive short-term and long-term fixes for critical issues through root cause analysis and collaboration with customer technology architects
  • Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing large-scale real-time digital platforms using Kafka. They should also have expertise in distributed systems, messaging paradigms, and real-time data streaming.

  • Design and development of large-scale real-time digital platforms
  • Distributed systems, messaging paradigms, and real-time data streaming
  • Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and REST Proxy
  • CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
