The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Architect to lead the design and development of our core platform. This critical role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-availability systems that ensure scalability and performance.

  • Design and develop our core platform with scalability and performance in mind.
  • Owning the technical roadmap for the platform, aligning it with business objectives and product strategy.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to a talented engineering team.
  • Driving code reviews and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements

To be successful, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, MERN, C++).
  • Experience with database technologies (relational and NoSQL).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proven ability to build and scale high-traffic, distributed systems.
