Job Title: Senior Identity Platform Architect

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing a robust identity platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect and implement scalable solutions to complex problems.

The ideal candidate will have significant technical expertise in application design and architecture, as well as knowledge of related domains such as network, security, and infrastructure engineering. They should also have excellent project execution skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a highly scalable and configurable identity platform
- Participate in design meetings to propose, discuss, and refine new features and functionality
- Maintain and enhance existing architectural documentations and create new ones as needed
- Involved in all aspects of the project life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design, and implementation
- Strong analytical and innovative skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive detailed specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience including technical leadership
- Expert in back-end development using Java EE technologies (e.g., Java language, application servers, servlet containers, JMS, JPA, Spring MVC, Hibernate)
- Strong OOP skills, with the ability to analyze requirements and transform into scalable software designs
- Experience with HTTP, REST APIs, and competent designing and building web services/microservices in a commercial setting
- Knowledge of SQL and other/NoSQL/modern database and storage technologies
- Experience with design patterns, MVC, and frameworks (e.g., Spring)
- Competent in designing/implementation for reliability, availability, scalability, and performance
