Job Description

As a Sales Director for Vianaar Homes Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

About the Role

This position is responsible for converting leads into sales, following up with potential customers, and performing site visits to understand client needs. You will also be responsible for engaging with existing and potential clients to get referrals and updating them about new project launches. Additionally, you will provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price under the best terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Converting leads into sales
  • Following up with potential customers
  • Performing site visits with potential clients
  • Handing over possession to closed clients
  • Engaging with existing/potential clients to get referrals
  • Updating existing/potential clients about new project launches
  • Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determining client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, etc.)
  • Maintaining and updating listings of available properties
  • Developing networks and cooperating with legal team, banking officials, etc.
  • Delivering promotional presentations to current or prospective clients
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with an MBA. They should have 4+ years of experience in sales, excellent leadership and team management skills, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is also essential.
