Job Title: Cluster Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage partnerships and alliances with vehicle OEMs, local officials, and their dealers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing EV fleet customers in the local market through hands-on field work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze regional market trends to discover new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Oversee the rollout of new regions and partner onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with partners for monthly sales planning and lead funnel management to ensure effective business development.
  • Ensure timely and efficient collections through soft and hard collection methods.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail loan sales and collections for a non-banking financial company.
  • A willingness to travel extensively to engage with the market and build relationships.
  • Experience in vehicle finance, particularly new or used commercial vehicles.
