Job Description
  • To design mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Keen eye on finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization etc.
  • Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly testing and iterating designs
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g., icons, illustrations and color palettes)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
Responsibilities
  1. To create innovative designs that meet business requirements and user needs
  2. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development
  4. Present and defend design decisions with data-driven insights
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of work experience in creating UI/UX design in web and mobile apps
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) and Figma or Adobe XD
  • Basic understanding of web development is a plus to validate the feasibility of designs
  • Solid knowledge of design theory, especially principles of logo, graphic/UI design, and usability
