Job Title: Senior Experience Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process – from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping.
  • Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
  • Define and maintain information architecture and UX documentation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and tech teams to ensure feasible solutions.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers and researchers.

Key Challenges:

• Design-Led Innovation: Drive design as a strategic differentiator by leveraging design thinking and emerging trends.

• User-Centric Research: Lead deep user research across varied micro-personas. Use behavioural insights and usability metrics to inform design decisions.

• Behavioural & Personalised UX: Build scalable UX systems that adapt in real time to user preferences and behaviour.

• Motion UX Design: Define expressive, motion-enhanced design systems that improve interaction and user delight.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/design.
  • Strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
