We are seeking a seasoned Digital Experience Manager to lead our team in creating and optimizing engaging digital content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, web content quality assurance, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and templates. They will oversee the management of AEM authoring tasks, including content creation, updates, and optimizations, as well as ensure that digital assets are properly organized and maintained for efficient asset management.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee the quality, accuracy, and performance of digital content. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead AEM authoring tasks, including content creation, updates, and optimizations.
  • Maintain DAM for efficient asset management.
  • Evaluate and implement SEO best practices in content structure and metadata.
  • Perform QA on web pages to ensure content accuracy and business alignment.
  • Develop testing checklists for content QA.
  • Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to execute content changes.
  • Utilize AEM components, templates, content fragments, and experience fragments.
  • Audit content for SEO compliance and performance metrics.
  • Support content migration processes and AEM Cloud initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an AEM Author.
  • Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher) authoring, taxonomy, and DAM.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and implementation within AEM.
  • Proven QA experience with checklist creation/maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with AEM Cloud and content migration processes.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with AEM Forms, AEM Sites, or other AEM modules.
  • Agile development environment experience.
  • Exposure to digital marketing and conversion optimization.
  • AEM Certification (preferred).
