Our Mass Customization Platform (MCP) is a flexible ecosystem of modular, multi-tenant services empowering Cimpress businesses to select tailored solutions that meet their unique needs, fostering rapid innovation in product launches, customer outreach, and fulfillment of customized orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the user experience of the design process from conception to launch, utilizing user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading designs.
  • Be hands-on at every stage of the design process—from discovery through detailed design, execution, and iteration—creating user flows, wireframes, pixel perfect designs, and prototypes along the way to bring ideas to life.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction, and new concept validation.
  • Present concepts to immediate and cross-functional team members with confidence and an open mind to feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Ensure cohesiveness with the Vista design system and marketing brand guidelines.
  • Share and evangelize user-centered design methods across Vista.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer, preferably in the B2C e-commerce space.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions with measurable outcomes for users and the business.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers, including designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire simple design solutions and decisions to complex customer and business problems.
  • Passion for designing simple solutions to complex consumer and business problems.
  • Ability to clearly and confidently present design concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences and accept and interpret feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Understanding of type, hierarchy, color, composition, contrast, and other graphic design fundamentals.
  • Passion for design trends, tools, processes, and methodologies, and a willingness to learn and share new ideas with the team.
