NPI Program Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced NPI program manager to lead our new product introduction initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth translation of engineering drawings into procurement and production requirements, transforming product design and quality requirements into manufacturing inputs, and managing engineering change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain engineering drawings/documents to ensure smooth translation into procurement and production requirements.
  • Transform product design and quality requirements into manufacturing inputs with OEM partners.
  • Create and maintain assembly documentation such as SOPs and APBs.
  • Cross-functional team management to implement changes in production and drive timely closure.
  • Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and create part numbers for all components.
  • Monitor End-of-Life (EOL) status of products and plan accordingly.
  • Track and manage obsolescence of components, particularly electrical items.
  • Coordinate development projects from prototype to mass production phases.
  • Verify and release NPI specifics information/documents in JIRA/Confluence.
  • Ensure data integrity within Jira/Confluence and collaborate with OEM-Partner.
  • Support ISO audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Lead pilot builds, resolve issues, and establish repeatable processes for production scaling.
  • Collaborate with product, design, supply chain, vendor, and manufacturing teams for seamless product launches.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in NPI / Manufacturing / Program Management.
  2. Strong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
  3. Proven experience working with vendors, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams.

Education: B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production Engineering
