Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Partnership Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, drive business growth, and contribute to the success of our education and healthcare programs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing partnership strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets;
- BUILDING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH CORPORATIONS, CSR NETWORKS, INDUSTRY ASSOCIATIONS, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO SECURE FUNDING FOR OUR EDUCATION AND HEALTHCARE PROGRAMS;
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential partners and opportunities;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new partners;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement partnership agreements and contracts;
- Managing and tracking partnership metrics and performance indicators;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-graduate or graduate degree in any discipline, preferably in social work, development management, public health, pharmaceutical sciences, business development, or a related field;
- 8-10 years of professional experience in the social sector, particularly in project management, program implementation, budget management, fundraising, and resource mobilization;
- Exceptional writing skills, with extensive experience in drafting presentations, proposals, donor reports, and policies, including budgeting and contract development for multi-year engagements;
- A track record of supporting the success of program implementation teams through regular review of logic models, budgets, and program plans;
- Preferred experience working with education and healthcare sectors;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with great problem-solving skills and ability to meet project deliverables under set timelines and challenges;
- Meets the highest standards of ethics and personal integrity, with a demonstrated capacity for discretion and handling confidential information with care;
- The ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required;
