Sukoon Health is building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions, with a vision to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care.
We aim to expand into specialized segments such as de-addiction, child development disabilities, and dementia care.
The Role: Front Office Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to join our team at Sukoon Healthcare. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills and a friendly behaviour, as they will be the first point of contact for clients/residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients/residents, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Register and assist clients/residents in completing necessary forms and documentation for admission, discharge, and appointments.
- Ensure proper documentation of medical and other records.
- Financial counselling of families for inpatient care.
- Schedule appointments for clients and maintain an organized and efficient appointment system.
- Provide accurate information about the hospital services, facilities, and procedures to clients/residents and visitors.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and efficient resolution of client's/resident's queries and concerns.
- Handle billing and invoicing processes accurately, ensuring that all transactions are recorded and documented properly.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration.
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and courteous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Estimated Salary: ₹450,000 - ₹550,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
