Bakery Operations Management

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the smooth operation of our central kitchen, employees, facilities, and costs, ensuring optimal resource utilization and inventory management
  • Implement efficient production processes and maintain high-quality products, adhering to established standards and regulations
  • Monitor and control cost of operations on an ongoing basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
  • Optimize resource allocation and maintain inventory levels, ensuring seamless supply chain management
Candidate Profile:

We Seek Candidates With:

  • Hotel Management degree or equivalent experience, minimum 18 years of experience in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant leadership experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to multitask and work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities
  • Ability to plan, organize, analyze, budget, and control costs, with expertise in pastry and bakery techniques
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in mass producing standardized products, with a focus on quality and consistency
