Senior IC Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Intercompany (IC) operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex processes, supervising a team, and collaborating with stakeholders across global regions.

  • About the Role:
    • Manage end-to-end IC processes to ensure seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for IC accounting principles and procedures.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve variances and discrepancies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance Controllership/Consolidations, Inter-Company Accounting, with a strong background in process management.
  • Thorough knowledge of Consolidations accounting principles and procedures, including IC ledger reviews and reconciliations.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders from diverse global regions and drive effective communication.
  • Experience in month-end close processes and transformation projects is highly desirable.
  • A track record of successfully leading and motivating high-performing teams.
