We are seeking an experienced Agile-Scrum Master to guide our team towards excellence in delivering high-quality products. With a minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in Agile methodologies, you will possess a deep understanding of Lean Agile practices and have the ability to facilitate, teach, and coach teams effectively.
Main Responsibilities- Facilitation and Training: Facilitate agile workshops and training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in an agile environment.
- Collaboration and Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Process Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain agile processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on agile principles, practices, and tools, such as Jira or other agile methodology tools.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership by maintaining open channels of communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Agile Certification: Agile certification (e.g., CSM, CSPO, PSM)
