Environmental Sustainability Role

The role of Environmental Sustainability Lead is responsible for supporting environmental, social, and governance initiatives within data center operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to reduce environmental impact, promote sustainability, and enhance ESG programs.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes, engage with external stakeholders, and communicate ESG efforts.
  3. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, and report on ESG performance metrics to maintain transparency and accountability.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Environmental engineering) or Civil Mechanical Electrical with relevant certification in ESG.
  • Certification: Relevant certification in ESG or environmental impact assessment or sustainability (e.g., CDP, GRI, SASB).
  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in implementing ESG initiatives in data center or construction industries with knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., TCFD, SDGs, GRI Standards).
