Performance Test Specialist

This is a senior-level position that oversees the implementation of automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor QA teams to design and execute performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Develop and implement automated testing scripts using tools like Selenium with C# or Java.
- Use tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar for test execution and monitoring.
- Collaborate across teams and actively contribute to sprints.
- 8+ years of overall experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation as well as performance testing for the past 3.5 to 5 years.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor QA teams.
- Hands-on expertise in Selenium with C# or Java, working knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, and experience with tools like TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in client interactions, and effective in cross-functional collaboration.
Banking domain experience is beneficial but not required.
