Job Title: Performance Optimization Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance and endurance test strategies, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with development teams to enhance system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing performance and endurance test plans, strategies, and scripts
  • Executing load, stress, and endurance tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Blazemeter
  • Conducting exploratory testing for new features in Agile environments

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring system performance and analyzing test results to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Providing detailed performance reports and recommendations for optimization
  • Advising development teams on performance improvements and system tuning
  • Building and maintaining performance testing frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
  • Utilizing performance monitoring tools and developing custom scripts for automation
  • Working closely with developers, QA engineers, and system architects to ensure performance goals are met
  • Serving as a performance advisor within Agile teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or C#
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
