Job Description

We're seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team as a Performance Optimization Specialist. In this role, you'll play a critical part in optimizing the performance of our high-traffic platforms, ensuring that our users have a seamless experience.

You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient solutions, using your expertise in AWS infrastructure-as-code, Node.js, Python, and modern database systems. Your goal will be to minimize latency, improve responsiveness, and enhance overall system performance.

To succeed in this position, you'll need strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for continuous learning. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced AWS skills with infrastructure-as-code
  • Experience running high-traffic platforms with real-world debugging and performance tuning
  • Strong backend expertise: Node.js, Python, modern database systems
  • A product mindset—balancing speed vs. polish while keeping user experience top of mind
  • 4+ years in software development (consumer products preferred)
