We are seeking a skilled High Performance Testing Specialist with 5+ years of experience who is passionate about coding, problem-solving, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance testing plans to ensure optimal system scalability and reliability.
  • Write and maintain custom test scripts using Apache JMeter for performance testing scenarios.
  • Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Conduct thorough testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters.
  • Execute performance testing across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Implement robust monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.
  • Debug and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems and microservices.
  • Deliver detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Groovy, Python, or Shell for test automation.
  • Working knowledge of container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, or AppDynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration in DevOps environments.
