Performance Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Engineering Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in performance testing. This challenging role involves planning and executing performance tests to ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Execute Performance Tests: Develop and execute performance tests (Load, Stress, Endurance, etc.) to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
  • Create Comprehensive Test Strategies: Create test strategies and workload models to simulate real-world scenarios and ensure accurate results.
  • Develop and Enhance Test Scripts: Develop and enhance test scripts with correlations, parameterization, and custom coding to achieve precise results.
  • Analyze Performance Results: Monitor applications and analyze performance results using performance analysis tools.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to ensure project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Performance Testing Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Load Testing Tools: Strong experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
  • Monitoring Tools: Good knowledge of monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, etc.) and server log analysis.
  • Performance Tuning: Expertise in JVM/GC tuning, thread dump/heap dump analysis, and performance bottleneck resolution.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
