Job Title: Transaction Coordinator

- Prepare and process customer transactions, including billing and invoicing.">
- Utilize ERP software to identify outstanding accounts and generate bills and invoices specific to customer requirements.">
- Generate sales orders after gaining a detailed understanding of customer needs.">
- Deliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional channels.">
- Reconcile all payments with invoices and receive and sort incoming payments, including cash, DC/CC, online payments, and UPI.">
- Manage petty cash and identify inconsistencies in transactions or pricing within the ERP system.">
- Regularly update receivables specific to customers and respond to customer inquiries and address problems.">
- Submit all collected cash to the concerned authority at the end of the day and reconcile all payments received at the end of the day.">
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the accounts team and generate monthly and quarterly reports for the reporting authority.">

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com)">
- Understanding of accounting software/ERP such as Oracle/SAP">
- Strong computational skills">
- An extreme attention to detail">
- Ability to work independently without oversight">
- Excellent interpersonal skills">
- Robust written and communication skill set">
- Basic understanding of office software and machinery">

- 1 year of experience as a Billing Executive at a large format store">
- Understanding of relevant laws, rules, and regulations">

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
