Job Summary Meditrina Hospital Kollam is a NABH-accredited state-of-the-art healthcare facility known for excellence in multi-specialty medical care committed to delivering high-quality patient care with advanced medical technology and a compassionate approach We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive to join our Insurance Department The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing ECHS Inpatient IP and Outpatient OP billing and claims processes in a hospital setting Key Responsibilities Handle ECHS IP OP claims processing and documentation Coordinate with ECHS authorities for approvals clarifications and follow-ups Ensure timely submission and settlement of insurance claims Maintain accurate records of all insurance transactions Liaise with patients and internal departments to streamline insurance-related procedures Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a hospital insurance department Sound knowledge of ECHS procedures and documentation Good communication and coordination skills Proficient in MS Office and hospital management systems Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 18 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Evening shift Rotational shift Education Bachelor s Required Experience ECHS TPA Claim Processing 1 year Required Location Kollam Kerala Required Work Location In person
