About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Resource Optimization Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing resource utilization across multiple projects and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in forecasting resource demand and resolving conflicts to meet project requirements.
  • Coordinate with department leads to identify opportunities for improvement in resource planning processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of resource allocation and provide timely insights to department leads on current and future staffing needs.
  • Prepare reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for project resources to ensure seamless transitions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ Years of Experience in Resource Management with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and resource management tools such as Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, and D365 to optimize resource utilization.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
