Job Title: Technical Leader

We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to join our team. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex software applications.

This role involves working on an agile product development team as a hands-on contributor, collaborator, and leader. You will play a key part in leading significant initiatives, establishing team best practices, helping teammates grow as engineers, and proposing new technology solutions.

About This Role

This is a highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive role that requires a high level of experience with multiple server-side programming languages, preferably Java with Spring Boot experience.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with multiple client-side programming languages, preferably JavaScript React experience.

You should have high-level experience developing, deploying, and supporting REST services and microservices.

Experience using cloud services for concepts such as storage and compute, and the ability to apply infrastructure as code practices are also required.

Additionally, experience with relational databases, non-relational databases, and messaging systems is necessary.

This role provides a positive impact at a company level by influencing cross-team initiatives, mentoring teammates, driving innovation, guiding projects with unclear outcomes, and balancing team autonomy with organizational guidance.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of collaborating with stakeholders, proposing new product offerings, and contributing to company-wide strategies using industry knowledge and foresight.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Minimum years of work experience required: 8+ years.

Minimum level of education or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, IT.
