Job Title: Software Engineering Senior Lead

The role of a senior software engineer is multifaceted. They provide technical leadership and direction for the frontend discipline within application development.

Key responsibilities include implementing software engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with business and product objectives, overseeing frontend applications development, executing software projects on time, and guiding design principles to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

  • Provide technical direction and oversight for frontend applications development
  • Implement software engineering strategy aligned with business and product objectives
  • Own frontend application development capability for mobile application solutions
  • Contribute to definition of applications development policies, standards, and procedures
  • Lead, mentor, and manage junior software development team members
  • Execute software projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to best practices
  • Develop solutions using test-driven development methodology
  • Guide design principles and development processes to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a senior role within software development for mobile applications
  • Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, source code management strategies, design patterns, automation, and best practices
  • Strong experience in implementing software using React Native, TypeScript, and other testing strategies
  • Experience with integrating APIs from mobile apps with token-based security
  • Experience with building and deploying application code and configuring CI/CD pipelines
  • Leadership skills to guide and inspire junior technical team members
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
