Senior Software Development Lead

We are seeking an exceptional senior software development lead to drive the design and delivery of high-performance, reliable, and secure applications. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex software systems using C# and .NET Core.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning and prioritization of development activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure that software solutions meet the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of software security best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize key business problems.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core application development.
  • Proven experience designing and architecting complex software systems.
  • Solid understanding of software security best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
  • Able to make sound technical decisions and balance strategic and tactical priorities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
