Job Opportunity: Senior Software Development Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to lead our engineering team. As a key member, you will oversee complex projects, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence.

  • Provide strategic guidance in project planning and execution
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance systems and backend services
  • Analyse project requirements and deliver technical recommendations
  • Ensure system reliability, availability, and production-grade code quality
  • Mentor junior developers and foster continuous learning and growth

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 8-10 years of professional experience
  • Strong expertise in C++ with object-oriented programming skills and multithreading; exposure to Java is preferred
  • Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, computer science fundamentals, and software design principles
