We are seeking an experienced Software Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software systems, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and micro frontends.
  • Experience with REST APIs, caching systems, messaging systems like Kafka, and proficiency in SOA and Web Services.
  • Hands-on experience with multithreading, cloud development, data structures, algorithms, unit testing, and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Proficiency in relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and technologies such as Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, Jenkins, and Chef.
  • Build automation tools like Maven, Ant, and Gradle.
  • Cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure.
  • UML and design patterns.
