**Job Title:** Senior Software Development Lead

As a Senior Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing large-scale software applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with expertise in designing and building microservices-based architectures. They should also have knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks like Angular/React.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience working with RDBMS databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle or MSSQL Server, and have good SQL skills.

They should also have a deep understanding of DevOps process and tools, continuous integration and delivery.

The role requires strong leadership and facilitation skills to guide teams through complex program initiatives, excellent communication and collaboration abilities to manage cross-functional teams, problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges during program execution.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing large-scale Agile projects and have a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, particularly within the SAFe framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop large-scale software applications using Java and related technologies
  • Lead cross-functional teams through complex program initiatives
  • Manage and maintain RDBMS databases and ensure data integrity
  • Develop and implement DevOps process and tools for continuous integration and delivery
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, System Architects, and other program stakeholders to align on goals and ensure successful program execution

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Java development (Java 8+)
  • Expertise in designing and building microservices-based architectures
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks like Angular/React
  • Experience working with RDBMS databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle or MSSQL Server
  • Good SQL skills
  • Deep understanding of DevOps process and tools, continuous integration and delivery
