Senior Software Development Lead

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced software development professional with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems.
  • Oversee the technical direction of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in .NET technologies, including C#, .NET Core, and the .NET Framework (Version 6 and Above).
  • Strong hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Proficient in, MS Test, XUnit, and multithreading.
  • Solid understanding and practical implementation of SOLID principles and design patterns.
  • Exposure to TDD, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Web APIs, and Web Services is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
  • Strong design thinking and technical problem-solving abilities.
