Lead Analytics Visionary

 

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned analytics leader to drive the development of our next-generation data mart. This key position will oversee the creation of a scalable infrastructure and define tools for data consumption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a unified data strategy, encompassing behavioral and transactional data.
  • Establish robust self-service analytics capabilities, empowering teams with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of analytics into business operations.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering expertise in modern data stack technologies.
  • Drive the adoption of machine learning-driven insights, partnering with product and engineering teams to deliver personalized experiences and predictive models.
  • Oversee data governance, quality, and best practices, ensuring consistency and scalability throughout the analytics ecosystem.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in data & analytics leadership, with a proven track record of building scalable data marts and defining enterprise-wide data strategies.
  • Deep technical expertise in data modeling, flat table structures, and query optimization for large-scale systems.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data stack technologies, including SQL, ETL/ELT, cloud data warehouses, and BI tools.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning workflows, including feature engineering and model monitoring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable influencing at the CXO level.
