Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of utility systems.
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of utility systems to ensure uninterrupted plant operations and adherence to safety and efficiency standards.
  • Plan and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor utility equipment performance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain adequate spare parts inventory for critical equipment to ensure operational continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to meet plant requirements.
  • Prepare reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities Continued:
  • Knowledge of utility energy optimization and cost-saving practices.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle shift operations and respond to emergencies.

 

Job Requirements:
