- Maintain accurate records and databases related to employee information and company assets.
- Coordinate facility management activities, including space planning, maintenance, and repair works.
- Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
