Key Roles and Responsibilities

This role requires leadership skills, ensuring effective management of offshore Master Data team. Key responsibilities include standardizing processes, automating with NoCC team, and reaching maximum efficiency. Additionally, timely processing of financial and non-financial operations is ensured.

  • Coach & develop team to achieve expected Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance
  • Standardize and automate processes for enhanced productivity
  • Ensure accurate setup, modification, and maintenance of master data in systems
  • Manage training, routine, people development, and compliance activities
  • Build relationships between teams and stakeholders

Master Data Management Activities Execution

  • Ensure team management within agreed timescales and quality level
  • Quality check of master data setup to prevent business operations or customer relationship impact
  • End-to-end process execution for efficient master data management
  • Support project initiatives and participate actively

General Management Activities

  • MICS / Risk Management / Audit compliance target management, including sustainability model creation and action plans for open issues
  • Backup planning (100% for the team)
  • Maintenance of Training Tracking Tool and elaboration of action plans to minimize knowledge gaps
  • SLA/KPI's achievement and monthly update, quality monitoring of team performance, and taking actions to close gaps
  • Ensure maintenance/update of process training documentation (L5) as per EP standards
  • Review and recommendation of enhancements for improving current workflow to increase efficiency
  • Routine management (cascade, stand-up, one-to-one etc.) in accordance with Excellence Program
  • Communication flow to and from team (positive interaction with external parties, BU & ZCC employees)
  • Best practice sharing within overall business
  • Assist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events

People Management Activities

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and safety training requirements
  • Ensure teamwork is adequately equipped to perform duties and responsibilities
  • Administrative people management
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment
  • Execution of People Cycle in accordance with Excellence Program (Targets setting and cascading, Competency appraisal and Operational Performance Review, Personal Development Plans and Recovery Plans etc.)
  • Strategy the People plan and Responsible for Project related activities from Functional lead and ensure to deliver on time with expected quality
