About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving technology projects that enhance our ecommerce platform.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ecommerce projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, QA engineers, and UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Tech Review: Able to oversee project architecture, technical delivery and work with developers on complex problems.
  • Agile Methodologies: Implement and promote Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and align with user experience best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and encourage innovation within the team to enhance project delivery and performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree: In computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years as a Tech Delivery Manager or similar role, preferably in ecommerce or retail.
  • Strong understanding: Of software development methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Proficient: In Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and methodologies.
  • Excellent Communication: And interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ecommerce Platforms: Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.

 

What We Offer:

Competitive salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
