Job Description: As an Ecommerce Ads Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating, managing, and optimizing media advertising campaigns for our clients across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. Your primary responsibility will be to drive brand visibility, boost sales, and achieve marketing objectives through effective media advertising strategies. The successful candidate will be well-versed in the intricacies of various ecommerce ads platforms, with a deep understanding of how to maximize ROI and drive results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Advertising Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive media advertising strategies tailored to each client's unique goals and target audience.
  2. Ecommerce Platform Expertise: Possess an in-depth understanding of advertising capabilities and opportunities on major ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
  3. Media Campaign Execution: Create and implement media advertising campaigns, including sponsored product ads, sponsored brand ads, display ads, and other relevant ad formats.
  4. Budget Management: Efficiently manage media ad budgets for multiple clients, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum ROI.
  5. Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-converting keywords and optimize ad content for better performance.
  6. A/B Testing and Analysis: Continuously perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages to identify the most effective combinations and drive improvements.
  7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor ad campaign performance metrics regularly, analyze data, and generate detailed reports for clients to showcase the success of the campaigns.
  8. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in ecommerce advertising, platform algorithms, and digital marketing trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in managing media ads on AMS and other marketplaces.
  2. Expertise in various ecommerce advertising platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
  3. Specialization in running media ads within the Beauty & Apparel category is highly preferred.
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  5. Proficient in conducting keyword research, SEO, and A/B testing methodologies.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  7. Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  8. A proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for digital marketing and ecommerce.
