Role - D2C Specialist

Location - Gurugram


Brief about the Role:

We are seeking a D2C Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our internal goals and external agency execution, ensuring seamless collaboration and month-on-month sales growth. This role is perfect for someone who has worked in a D2C company or agency and is skilled in managing partners, planning sales campaigns, and driving performance optimization.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Agency Management:

  • Coordinate with agencies handling performance marketing, retention marketing, SEO, and website performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor agency deliverables and provide strategic inputs to improve ROI across channels.

Sales Campaign Planning:

  • Plan and execute monthly sales campaigns, including promotional events, discounts, and seasonal offers, to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly.

Performance Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics provided by agencies and optimize strategies to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to scale.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Regularly track and report on performance metrics across channels, ensuring alignment with monthly sales targets.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall growth.


Education & Skillset Required:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in a D2C company or agency environment, with hands-on experience managing external partners or agencies.
  • Strong Planning Skills: Proven ability to plan and execute sales campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to understand data, track KPIs, and optimize performance metrics effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills for managing agencies and aligning internal teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and retention marketing platforms is a plus.
  • A results-driven individual who can ensure consistent sales growth month-on-month.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
