Job Description

This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute towards expanding the adoption of National Pension System (NPS) in India's fast-growing pension industry. You will be directly contributing to growing our customer base and driving business growth by working with corporates, PSUs, emerging partners, and individual clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

As a Financial Services Manager, you will develop and execute plans to achieve business targets, promote NPS to corporate and retail clients, generate new leads through references, networking, and market outreach, prospect, meet, and engage with top management of corporates, negotiate terms, onboard corporates, manage client implementation, conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions, provide client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing.

Duties:

  1. Develop and execute plans to achieve business targets and expand customer base

  3. Generate new leads through references, networking, and market outreach
  4. Prospect, meet, and engage with top management of corporates

Required Skills and Qualifications
